CONTDITIONING (FIELD)

Outdoor-based conditioning sessions focused on speed, fitness, agility, aerobic capacity, and athletic movement using running drills and intervals. These sessions are designed to help members improve overall fitness and confidence in movement, while also working together towards individual and community goals such as running events, races, and distance-based challenges in a supportive team environment. 

Run Club Saturdays feature new weekly running location / coffee shop to round out the week!
