ON Friday's we give members the choice between Zone 2 conditioning or higher-intensity HIIT-style training within the same session. This allows everyone to train at the level that best suits their goals, recovery, experience, and energy levels on the day, while still training together as a community. The Zone 2 option focuses on steady aerobic work to build endurance and support recovery, while the HIIT/Hybrid option challenges members with higher intensity intervals designed to improve fitness, power, and work capacity. By offering both pathways, we can cater to a wide range of members from those wanting lower-impact conditioning through to those chasing a harder performance-focused session.
