The Hawks Nest Triathlon is back for 2025 and we’re taking the Athletic Social crew with us! 🌊🚴‍♂️🌴

This event is a favourite in the triathlon community, set against a stunning backdrop of immaculate beaches, rolling hills, and striking landscapes. Whether you’re chasing a new PB, or just want to challenge yourself alongside your teammates, this is the perfect opportunity to get involved.

With five different distances, there’s something for everyone:

• Standard: 1.5km Swim | 40km Bike | 10km Run
  
• Aquabike: 1.5km Swim | 40km Bike
  
• Sprint: 750m Swim | 20km Bike | 5km Run
  
• Super Sprint: 200m Swim | 8km Bike | 2km Run
  
• Try A Tri: 200m Swim | 8km Bike | 2km Run
  

💡 Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or giving it a go for the first time, we’ll be there as a team, training, racing, and celebrating together. Keen to come along and support the crew but not do the race? You're more than welcome to join our cheer squad!!
