Take your game to the next level with Swansea Swans Football Specific Strength & Conditioning program. Designed for footballers 15years +, these weekly sessions focus on developing movement competency, strength, power, agility, speed, injury prevention, and football-specific conditioning.
Delivered by experienced Strength & Conditioning coaches at Athletic Performance Centre, each session is designed to help players move better, perform stronger, and stay on the park longer throughout the season.
Sessions are held every Thursday from 6:30pm – 7:30pm at Athletic Performance Centre, Gateshead. Registration below for recurring weekly debits, and all participants must complete the liability waiver below before attending their first session.
