Athletic Social is the general fitness community of Athletic Performance Centre - designed for people who want more than overcrowded classes, generic programming, and surface-level coaching.
Built around high-quality small group training, Athletic Social combines strength, conditioning, recovery, movement, and community into one complete training experience. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve fitness, prepare for an event, return from injury, or simply feel better in your body, our sessions are designed to support long-term progress in an environment that is welcoming, challenging, and genuinely supportive.
With a wide range of training options including Strength & Conditioning, Mat Pilates, Run Club, and coached Social Hour sessions, Athletic Social gives you the flexibility to train how and when it suits you — while still receiving expert coaching and structure every step of the way.

Exercises are programmed to suit individual's training level, pre-existing injuries and goals.

At APC we cap our class numbers at 20 to ensure that there is adequate designated space and equipment. We put you first!
16 Classes per week including cardio, strength, met-con tailored to all skill levels. Plus mat pilates, off-feet conditioning, run club and all new "Social Hour" coached sessions.
Athletic Performance Centre is an inclusive
community developed to make elite level science based training accessible to all. Our experienced high level strength and conditioning
coaches apply the same principles utilised with elite athletes to ensure you reach your goals
